STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS - DESIGN - ENGINEERING Our primary structural focus is on the analysis, design and engineering of buildings. Having served as Engineer of Record on numerous building projects we have proven our ability to safely bring projects through to completion. We are also known for our work in the assessment, repair, stabilization and building renovation market which has included work with historic buildings. Our experience reviewing past construction methods and systems is continually expanded and is a complement to our knowledge of current building codes and practices. Our designs are produced with full consideration of constructibility and cost. We go to great lengths to ensure that our solutions are workable and efficient. The proper execution of any design also depends on the transfer of information from designer to constructor. We take pride in delivering quality construction documents on every project. CIVIL/SITE DESIGN - ENGINEERING We prepare high quality Site Plans for residential and commercial properties. Site design services include building and site layout, zoning analysis, grading & utility layout, septic system design, stormwater/drainage system design, site lighting design, landscape design, and retaining wall layout and design. We provide expert testimony at public hearings and are able to take projects to approval and completion. We team with local surveyors, soil testing labs, geotechnical engineers, traffic engineers, planners and other specialists as needed and can quickly pull together a qualified group of professionals to meet the scope of your next project. Every project is managed and led by a principal of the firm to ensure client satisfaction. |
